This article presents the legacy of Kantian Theory ofthe Constitutional and Regulatory Activity of Experience –the Analytic of Principles –for the foundation of Hegel’s pure speculative Philosophy.On the one hand, the Transcendental-Constitutive Principles –Axioms of Intuitionand Anticipation of Perception –and, on the other hand, the Transcendental-Regulative Principles –Analogies of Experience and Postulates of Empirical Thought in general –are used as the basic material of exegesis. As a result of the interpretation arises the problem of the double relationship between experience and Principles of Understanding. Such a relationship unfolds not only as the experiential realization of the principles, but also as the fundamental enabling of experience. The necessary character of the truth in transcendental sense is finally constituted on the general relation of the Transcendental Principles of Pure Understanding with the whole of experience.Finally, it defends the thesis that Kant’s view of nature –i.e. the enabling unity of the existence of phenomena in time –mustbe understood as the main legacy to the invention of German Idealism in general and Hegel’s Philosophy in particular.

Der vorliegende Aufsatz stellt das Erbe der Kantischen Theorie der Konstitutions-und Regulationsleistung der Erfahrung–die Analytik der Grundsätze –dar, das unserer Auffassung nach zur Begründung der rein spekulativen Philosophie Hegels führt. In diesem Zusammenhang werden einerseits die transzendental-konstitutiven Grundsätze–Axiome der Anschauungund Antizipationen der Wahrnehmung–und andererseits die transzendental-regulativenGrundsätze –Analogien der Erfahrung und Postulate des empirischen Denkens überhaupt –als grundlegendesMaterial der Exegese benutzt. Als Resultat der Deutungerscheintdas Problem desDoppel-Verhältnisseszwischen Erfahrung und Verstandesgrundsätzen. Ein solches Verhältnisentfaltet sich nicht nurals die erfahrungsmäßige Verwirklichungder Grundsätze,sondern auch als die grundsätzliche Ermöglichungder Erfahrung. Der notwendige Charakter der Wahrheit in transzendentaler Hinsicht begründet sichdabeidurch dieallgemeine Beziehung der transzendentalen Grundsätze des reinen Verstandes zur Gesamtheitder Erfahrung.Es wird die These vertreten, dass die Auffassung der Natur –d.h. die das Dasein der Erscheinungen in der Zeit ermöglichende Einheit–dasHauptvermächtnisKants für denDeutschen Idealismus im Allgemeinen und für Hegels Philosophie im Besonderen darstellt.
