O conceito de ontologias se desenvolveu historicamente acompanhando as diversas áreas do saber, as quais se organizaram em determinadas épocas do pensamento humano. Assim, fazer uma análise pormenorizada das ontologias de cada época e relacioná-las ao pensamento é fundamental para o entendimento da dinâmica do próprio conhecimento. Além disto, este estudo visa auxiliar na elaboração das ontologias atuais a partir das relações existentes em determinadas áreas de domínio, sendo possível a ampliação até a análise de áreas temáticas para a web semântica. O objetivo deste trabalho é conceituar três grandes sistemas de ontologias (Aristóteles, Jacob Lorhard e Leibniz-Wolff) e estabelecer a relação destes com a evolução das ontologias e os conceitos da Web semântica atuais.
The concept of ontology developed historically following the various areas of knowledge, which are organized in certain periods of human thought. So, make a detailed analysis of the ontology of each period and relate them to the thought is fundamental to understanding the dynamics of knowledge itself. Moreover, this study aims to assist the design of ontology from the current relationship in certain areas of the domain, with the possible extension to the analysis of thematic areas for the semantic web. The aim of this study is to conceptualize three major systems ontology’s Aristotle, Jacob Lorhard and Leibniz-Wolff, and establish their connection with the development of ontology and the concepts of the current semantic web.
