O presente artigo visa traçar breves considerações sobre as transformações ocorridas no exercício do poder familiar em relação aos deveres impostos aos genitores de crianças e adolescentes para a prevenção do contágio da doença no período de pandemia da Covid-19. Em época de grave crise sanitária que assola o mundo, deveres objetivos de conduta pautados no princípio da solidariedade familiar passam a ser exigidos, implicando na necessidade de uma atuação cooperativa e transparente entre todos os membros do grupo familiar, mesmo no cenário de famílias reconstituídas em que a crianças e adolescentes muitas vezes frequentam e convivem em mais de um lar.
This article aims to outline brief considerations about the transformations that occurred in the parental power in relation to the duties imposed on the parents of children and adolescents to prevent the spread of the disease during the Covid-19 pandemic period. In a time of serious health crisis that ravages the world, objective duties of conduct based on the principle of family solidarity are demanded, implying the need for cooperative and transparent action among all members of the family group, even in the scenario of reconstituted families in which children and adolescents often frequent and live in more than one home.
