Este artigo focaliza alguns indícios de violações de direitos humanos que ocorreram no interior do Centro Educacional São Lucas entre 1984 e 2010, procurando compreender as relações entre as normas jurídicas e os discursos que circulavam entre os agentes responsáveis pela gestão dos adolescentes em conflito com a lei no Estado de Santa Catarina/Brasil no período.A partir de fontes produzidas pelo Ministério Público de Santa Catarina e pelo Poder Judiciário estadual, analisadas sob a ótica da História da Infância e Juventude, procurou-se identificar a trajetória histórica de discursos autoritários que continuaram em voga mesmo depois da redemocratização do Brasil.
This article focuses on some evidence of human rights violations that occurred within the São Lucas Educational Center between 1984 and 2010, seeking to understand the relationship between legal norms and the discourses that circulated among the agents responsible for managing adolescents in conflict with the law in the State of Santa Catarina/Brazil in the period. Based on sources produced by the Public Ministry of Santa Catarina and the State Judiciary, analyzed from the perspective of the History of Childhood and Youth, an attempt was made to identify the historicaltrajectory of authoritarian discourses that continued to be in vogue even after the redemocratization of Brazil.
