A major characteristic of pemphigus is the acantholysis induced by the binding of circulating autoantibodies to intercellular adhesion molecules, mainly the desmogleins. Pemphigus vulgaris (PV), pemphigus foliaceus (PF), and IgA pemphigus have been described during the recent pandemic, either in SARS-Cov-2 infection or vaccination. This short review included 10 articles of Pubmed Medline, published in 2022 and 2023. The data of 23 patients with pemphigus after the SARSCov-2 vaccinations are included. The authors hope that the comments can enhance the interest to better clear the key-issues.
