O obscurantismo populacional perante o direito e as normas jurídicas

O presente artigo, intitulado ‘’O Obscurantismo Populacional Perante o Direito e as Normas Jurídicas’’, transcorre uma breve análise da desigualdade instrutiva enraizada no Brasil, a qual acabou por repartir asociedade entre uma elite social esclarecida, com explícito acesso à informação e ao conhecimento jurídico; e uma maioria populacional imperitacom relação aos próprios direitos, estabelecendo-se enquanto submissa aos interesses das classes cultural e economicamente favorecidas. Objetiva-se, portanto, um deslindamento do processo histórico brasileiro, com ênfase em seu desfalcado investimento na educação, originário do período colonial,e também no vínculo de manipulação entre os indivíduos detentores do saber jurídicoe aqueles que o carecem, fatosqueainda reverberamno cenário corrente, culminando na acentuada divergênciasocial, e também nas relações de poder perpetuadas no decorrer dos séculos.

This article, entitled ''Population Obscurantism in the Face of Law and Legal Norms'', provides a brief analysis of the instructive inequality rooted in Brazil, which ended up dividing society between an enlightened social elite, with explicit access to information and legal knowledge; and a population majority imperious in relation to their own rights, establishing themselves as submissive to the interests of the culturally and economically favored classes. The objective, therefore, is to unravel the Brazilian historical process, with emphasis on its lack of investment in education, originating in the colonial period, and also on the link of manipulation between individuals who possess legal knowledge and those who lack it, facts that still reverberate in the current scenario, culminating in the marked social divergence, and also in the power relations perpetuated over the centuries.
