Este artigo pretende analisar os impactos da política neoliberal entre empregados e empregadores do Distrito Industrial manauara. Buscando a jurisprudência como amparo na luta social, vivenciando a transição de 1980/1990, os trabalhadores atuaram em seu tempo com as “armas” que lhes eram apresentadas: os processos judiciais. Estes, por sua vez, enquanto fonte histórica, viabilizaram análises que nos permitem neste trabalho entender a conjuntura econômica e política nas quais esses atores estavam inseridos.
This article analyzes the impacts of neoliberal policy on employees and employers in the Manauara Industrial District. Seeking jurisprudence as support in the social struggle, experiencing the transition of 1980/1990, workers acted in their time with the “weapons” presented to them: legal proceedings. These, in turn, as a historical source, enabled analyzes that allow us in this work to understand the economic and political situation in which these actors were inserted.
