Firma-se como uma tentativa de aproximação com o conceito de Patrimônio Imaterial, em especial na identificação de pratos e práticas culinárias que poderiam ser considerados na categoria de “bem cultural”. Tomou-se como critério a formação da cidade de Londrina-PR, nos anos de 1930 a 1950, e sua constituição por diversos grupos étnicos, que a tornou conhecida como "Colônia Internacional".
The text is part of discussions held by the team of the project "Gastronomy and Cultural Heritage of Londrina", which aims to recognize and explore references to the gastronomic memory of immigrants and their descendants in the colonization process of the city of Londrina. It is an attempt to approach the concept of Intangible Heritage, especially in the identification of dishes and culinary practices that could be considered in the category of "cultural asset". The criterion taken was the formation of the city of Londrina-PR, from 1930 to 1950, and its constitution by various ethnic groups, which made it known as an "International Colony".
