Objective: This study consists of identifying, through the scientific literature, how incarcerated women access health in Brazil. Method: This is an integrative literature review carried out between March and December 2019, in which the databases used were SciELO, LILACS, MEDLINE, in which the years of publication were from 2009 to 2019 with the following descriptors: incarcerated women, women deprived of liberty, health promotion, women's health. Five articles were selected. Results: The five articles were analyzed, in which during the analysis, two of them focused on prevention and health promotion, four articles revealed the intention of preventing sexually transmitted infections and three presented the focus on more curative actions on health activities. Conclusion: There is a shortage of articles that address this topic, mainly in some regions of Brazil, so that a broad and comparative analysis can be made with each region of the country.
