Como objetivo buscamos compreender as influências da mídia nos esportes de aventura, construindo uma linha do tempo. Adotou-se pesquisa bibliográfica e documental em metodologia qualitativa. Nos resultados apresentamos uma linha do tempo, de maneira cronológica e linear, descrevendo os processos de conformação da aventura a partir das contribuições da mídia e paralelamente as discussões no campo acadêmico da Educação Física. Concluímos na esperança de ter colaborado para as discussões no contexto brasileiro, apontando influência da mídia até mesmo na chegada à Base Nacional Comum Curricular.
As a goal, we seek to understand the influences of the media on adventure sports, building a timeline. Bibliographic and documentary research in qualitative methodology was adopted. In the results, we present a timeline, in a chronological and linear way, describing the processes of conformation of the adventure from the contributions of the media and, in parallel, the discussions in the academic field of Physical Education. We conclude in the hope of having contributed to the discussions in the Brazilian context, pointing out the influence of the media even in reaching the National Common Curriculum Base.
