O lixão desativado do municÃpio de Lages está localizado entre as coordenadas 27º46´15,38’’S e 50º15´10,92’’O em uma área de 48.000 m2 com extensa rede de drenagem, cujo entorno encontram-se áreas de proteção permanente e reflorestamentos com pinus. Coletou-se amostras de solos compostas entre as profundidades de 0-20 e 20-40 cm georreferenciadas para determinação dos seguintes metais pesados: Cádmio, Cromo, NÃquel, Chumbo e Mercúrio, cujas amplitudes apontaram valores em (mg Kg-1) respectivamente:0,2-0,2; 0,8-2,1; 03,12; 0,4-22 e 0,02-0,06. Efetuou-se a aquisição de dados gamaespectrométricos com o aparelho GS-512 em uma malha georreferenciada em 74 pontos para os seguintes elementos radioativos que apresentaram amplitudes de valores: 40K ( 0,4 a 2,4%); 232Th (2,2 a 12,9ppm) e 238U (0,8 a 2,5ppm).
The disabled dump from the city of Lages is located between the coordinates 27º46´15,38’’S and 50º15´10,92’’W in an area of 48.000 m2 with an extensive drainage network, whose surroundings are found areas of permanent preservation and reforestation with Pinus eliotti. Soil samples were collected between the depths of 0-20 and 20-40 cm, georeferenced to determine the following heavy metals: Cadmium, Chrome, Nickel, Lead and Mercury, whose amplitudes showed the respective values: 0,2-0,2; 0,8-2,1; 03,12; 0,4-22 and 0,02-0,06 (values in mg Kg-1). The acquisition of gamma ray spectrometric data was effected with the GS-512 device on a georeferenced grid in 74 points for the respective radioactive elements that showed the following amplitude values:40K ( 0,4 to 2,4%); 232Th (2,2 to 12,9ppm) e 238U (0,8 to 2,5ppm).
