Este artigo tem por objetivo analisar os fundamentos teóricos de uma possÃvel categoria universal de direitos humanos, articulando-se argumentos racionais que possam transpassar os óbices culturais que são opostos ao seu cumprimento.
This article has the aim to analyze the theoretical basis of a possible universal category of human rights, providing rational arguments which able to transpose the cultural barriers being opposite to its fulfillment.
