Desde as séries iniciais, são introduzidos os estudos das normas gramaticais. Nesse processo, a cada ano, o aluno é levado a revisar tudo o que já estudou nas séries anteriores sobre o conteúdo gramatical e avançar aprendendo outros conteúdos. Refletimos, então, se o estudante, depois de anos de escolaridade, sente dificuldade em empregar o que aprendeu nas classes de lÃngua portuguesa, e para que serviram essas aulas. Este trabalho tem o objetivo de demonstrar que nas aulas de lÃngua portuguesa o fundamental é que seja desenvolvido o senso de análise e interpretação dos fatos da lÃngua, além da relação entre as palavras, orações e perÃodos dentro de um texto oral ou escrito. Esses elementos representam uma demonstração de que o leitor realmente detém um domÃnio consciente sobre os mecanismos da sua lÃngua e consequentemente entende aquilo que lê.
Since the initial series, the study of grammatical rules are introduced. In this process, each year, the student is taken to review all that has he already studied in previous series on the grammatical content and advance learning other content. We reflect, then, if the student, after years of schooling, finds it difficult to use what they learned in English classes, what are these classes used for ? This paper aims to demonstrate that in the Portuguese language classes is the key that was developed sense of analysis and interpretation of the facts of language and the relation between words, statements and periods within an oral or written text. These elements represent a demonstration that the reader actually has a conscious mastery of the mechanisms of their language and thus understand what they read.
