Este artigo articula o conceito de pragmatismo peirciano, que evidencia como se formam as crenças com o estudo da emergência das redes sócio-semióticas e sócio-semânticas, para entender as dinâmicas informacionais da mobilização social em espaços virtuais. A partir dessas teorias, são feitas análises de tráfego dos sites do Avaaz e Wikileaks, o primeiro agindo por meio de campanhas com linguagem publicitária e o segundo, por divulgação de documentos oficiais vazados. Nos processos semiósicos encontrados é possÃvel identificar diferentes nÃveis de interpretante, na relação pragmática do signo com seu objeto.
Peircean pragmatism for understanding social movements in digital context and social management of the “global justiceâ€. This article intertwines the concept of Peircian pragmatism, which explains the formation of beliefs with the study of the emergence of sociosemiotic and sociosemantic networks in order to understand the informational dynamics of social mobilization in virtual spaces. From these concepts, I analyze the traffic of the websites Avaaz and Wikileaks. The first operates using campaigns that emphasize the language of publicity, whereas the second by disclosing official classified documents leaked. In the semiosic processes of the two cases, it was possible to find different levels of interpretant in the pragmatic relationship between a sign and its object.
