A adoção de crianças por pares homossexuais, vem
trazendo para esse novo contexto social, de dinâmica nas relações
humanas, transformação da ideia de famÃlia e exaltação dos
direitos humanos,grandes controvérsias para o judiciário, e suas
legislações. Com o intuito de colaborar para uma visão mais clara e
abrangente, de tal tema social, propomos novo olhar dos
parâmetros que regem o direito brasileiro frente à necessidade que
tal direito, instrumento de justiça, acompanhe as transformações
antropológicas e delas discorram de forma equânime e
preocupado com o bem estar social. Este trabalho foi elaborado
baseado em pesquisa bibliográfica e documental.
The adoption of children by homosexual couples, is
bringing to this new social context, dynamics of human
relationships,has been transformed the idea of family and exaltation
of human rights, major controversies for the judiciary and thi laws.In
order point to contribute to a clearer and comprehensive, this social
issue, we are proposing a new direction to see this problem of the
parameters governing the right Brazilian forward the need that such
right, instrument of justice, and anthropological transformations, you
can accompany them, so fair and concerned with social
welfare.This academic work was based on research elaborates
