No presente artigo problematizamos a existência da Instituição Escolar Rodrigo Damasceno uma Escola da Rede Municipal de Sinop, valendo, principalmente, das vozes de seus sujeitos. Para isso lançamos como inquietação dessa pesquisa a seguinte questão: sob que condição histórica se constituiu a institucionalidade da escola Municipal de Educação Básica Rodrigo Damasceno, considerando o processo social, polÃtico e cultural da cidade de Sinop de 1992 a 2009? E, como objetivo geral, privilegiamos analisar a historia da Escola Municipal de Educação Básica Rodrigo Damasceno, enfatizando seu desenvolvimento institucional no contexto histórico de Sinop. A metodologia em análise primou em registrar a memória viva, as emoções, as paixões, o olhar, a perspectiva peculiar e os sentimentos de indivÃduos, a partir da abordagem qualitativa. Muitas das narrativas obtidas por fontes orais dizem respeito a fatos não registrados por outros tipos de documentos, a fatos cuja documentação se deseja completar ou abordar por ângulos diversos. As vivências do mundo do trabalho escolar, de um tempo que vai se construindo por várias relações objetivas e subjetivas, entre sua necessidade de garantir sua vivência e o tempo que é ditado por uma estrutura social e econômica, que impõe um tempo alheio a vida, nesse caso no tempo das Escolas. O que compreendemos da Escola Rodrigo Damasceno? Sua origem é resultado também da luta por uma educação escolar, como espaço de direito e de fato para os trabalhadores. Compreender o processo histórico de constituição dessa Escola, com vista a contribuir para as pesquisas sobre a história da educação.
In this research, we question the existence of the institution Rodrigo Damasceno School: a School of Municipal Sinop, using mainly the voices of their people. The school started its activities nineteen years ago and is located at Avenue Jequitibás yet Neighborhood Residential Jequitibás in the city of Sinop - MT.City School unrest as it launched this research the following question: under what condition was the institutional history is the school's Hall of Basic Education Rodrigo Damasceno, considering the social process, political and cultural city of Sinop from 1992 to 2009. And as a general goal, we focus to analyze the history of the School of Basic Education Rodrigo Damasceno, emphasizing its institutional development in the historical context of Sinop. The methology in question, primed to record a living memory, emotions, passions, the look, the peculiar perspective and feelings of individual, from a qualitative approch. Many of the narratives obtained from oral sources relate to events not recorded by other types of documents, facts whose documentation is complete or want to tackle from different angles. The experience of the world of school work, a time that is being built by various objective and subjective relations between their need to ensure their experience and time that is dictated by social and economic structure, which imposes a time unrelated to life in this case in the time of Schools.
