A partir da abordagem teórico-metodológica da Escola de Segurança Internacional de Copenhagen, busca-se compreender as raÃzes da crise interna do Estado ucraniano a partir da identificação dos atores externos relevantes no nÃvel regional, inter-regional e global.
Based on the theoretical and methodological approach of the Copenhagen School of International Security, the present article seeks to understand the roots of the domestic crisis of the Ukrainian state based on the identification of relevant external actors in regional, inter-regional and global levels.
