A partir de uma análise empÃrica em diversas frentes (observação, entrevistas, sistematização de dados sobre candidaturas) sobre os dez anos do Prêmio Innovare, o presente artigo busca discutir transformações no campo judicial em um contexto não de disputa por dizer o direito, mas por dizer os desenhos institucionais de quem diz o direito. Ao final, a pesquisa permite refletir sobre a relação entre signos de prestÃgio representados por exemplo por este Prêmio e sua influência nas relações de poder dentro do Judiciário.
Towards an empirical analysis on several fronts (observation, interviews, systematization of data on applications) on the ten years of "Innovare Award", this article discusses transformations in the judicial field in a dispute not for saying the right, but to say the institutional designs of those who say the right. In the end, the search allows reflect on the relationship between prestigious signs represented for example by this Award and its influence on power relations within the judiciary.
