Sabe-se que a pesquisa em RBV (Rosource-based View) e a pesquisa em empreendedorismo têm focos distintos. Enquanto aquela se volta para o modo como a vantagem competitiva é criada e sustentada, esta se volta ao modo como se desenvolvem novos negócios. Ambas, contudo, se apoiam em pressupostos teóricos que privilegiam caracterÃsticas organizacionais internas relacionadas, de alguma forma, à construção da base de recursos da organização. Neste ensaio, parte-se em busca de uma possÃvel interface entre os dois campos. Objetiva-se explorar as contribuições que cada teoria tem a oferecer à do outro. Após se apresentarem os tópicos que se julgam elementares a cada um dos campos, sobrepõem-se as teorias em discussão, propondo-se algumas asserções teóricas referentes. Conjetura-se que entre os campos podem-se desprender permutações contributivas a partir das quais, em ambos os campos, se possam gerar incrementos conceituais.
It is known that research in RBV (Rosource View-based) and research in entrepreneurship have different focuses. While RBV turns to how competitive advantage is created and sustained, entrepreneurship turns to the way to develop new business. Both, however, supports themselves on theoretical assumptions that privilege organizational internal characteristics related, somehow, to build the resource base of the organization. This work started looking for a possible interface between the two fields. It aims to explore the contributions that each theory has to offer to another theory. After the presentation of the elementary topics of each field, the theories are overlaid under discussion and some theoretical assertions are proposed. We presume that between fields may be contributory permutations from which on, in both fields, it's possible to generate conceptual increments.
