O presente estudo busca engendrar o deslinde dos artifÃcios da provocação face à s novelas e aos diários de Lúcio Cardoso (1912-1968).
Procuramos enfatizar como o autor explorou diversos estratagemas literários para adensar a escrita de mal-estar e perturbação, a tornar a provocação o mote primordial de seu virtuosismo literário transgressor.
Before Lucio Cardoso’s novels this thesis pursues to engender the unravelling of the artifices that reveal provocation. Through some of his works, it is possible to go over the ontological literary texture explored by Lucio in order to know how it answers his own provocative ideal. We aim to emphasise how the Brazilian author used a range of literary stratagem to gather a piece of writing that causes discomfort and perturbation. Thus provocation becomes the primordial subject of his literary virtuosity that is also transgressing.
