Pesquisa qualitativa descritivo-comparativa, que analisou seis currículos pedagógicos do curso de graduação em Direito e seus planos de ensino com o objetivo de cotejá-los com a teoria do currículo de Tomaz Tadeu e Silva. Após análise, os currículos foram situados nas categorias “formal” e “pós-crítico”, para, enfim, fazer uma comparação dessas categorias curriculares com os conceitos filosóficos ôntico e ontológico de Martin Heidegger. O currículo ôntico é objetal, formal e neutro; já o ontológico diz respeito ao ser educacional, sua historicidade e reflexão. Como resultado, a pesquisa mostrou que os currículos analisados fazem parte da teoria formalista ôntica, que tem na dogmática seu maior vetor.
Qualitative descriptive-comparative research, which analyzed six educational curricula of undergraduate course in law and her teaching plans, to compare them with the theory of curriculum and Tomaz Tadeu Silva. After analysis, the curricula were located in formal axes or post-critical, to finally make a comparison as the philosophical concepts of Martin Heidegger's ontic reference that describes how object-formal and neutral; and ontological that pertain to be educational, its historicity and reflection. As a result, research has shown that the curricula analyzed part of the formalist theory that has dogmatic in its largest vector.
