Este artigo examina, sob a metodologia de revisão bibliográfica e documental, a correlação entre acesso à justiça, demandas repetitivas e as atribuições dos centros de inteligência do Judiciário. Justifica-se o estudo na circunstância de que o Conselho Nacional de Justiça e demais órgãos de controle vêm incentivando e fortalecendo os mecanismos de prevenção e monitoramento de demandas, entre os quais os centros de inteligência do Poder Judiciário. Os objetivos foram: analisar a concepção atual de acesso à justiça; b) apresentar um diagnóstico do excesso de litigiosidade no Brasil; c) investigar as atribuições dos centros de inteligência e sua correlação com o acesso à ordem jurídica justa e à prevenção de conflitos. Conclui-se que as atribuições dos centros de inteligência e suas potencialidades podem contribuir para a prevenção de conflitos e diminuição do efeito multiplicador das demandas repetitivas.
This article examines, under the methodology of bibliographic and document review, the correlation between access to justice, repetitive demands and the attributions of the Judiciary’s intelligence centers. The study is justified in the circumstance that the National Council of Justice and other control agencies have been encouraging and strengthening mechanisms for the prevention and monitoring of demands, including the intelligence centers of the Judiciary. The objectives were: to analyze the current conception of access to justice; b) present a diagnosis of excessive litigation in Brazil; c) investigate the attributions of intelligence centers and their correlation with access to a fair legal system and conflict prevention. It is concluded that the attributions of intelligence centers and their potential can contribute to the prevention of conflicts and decrease the multiplier effect of repetitive demands.
