The juridical regulation of the public audit in the forms of step, they take aim like a passage in the advance for the supreme organ of control. For it, a historic analysis is accomplished, theoretic, legislative of development and evolution of the control through the public audit in Cuba. A study of the development that the juridical sorting of this action of control to arrive has had comes true to give it the environmental type in the forms of state-owned step within the business sector Cuban to be the majority, the need to implement it to construct friendly companies with the environment in the bringing up to date of the economic model, the one that takes effect for part of the Public Administration. Deduction and the one belonging to analysis utilized to such effects, in order to develop all this analysis the theoretic fact-finding methods like the exegetic juridical, the historic logician, induction synthesis.
Resumo Espanhol:
La regulación jurídica de la auditoría pública en las formas de gestión, apuntan como un paso en el avance por el órgano supremo de control. Para ello, es realizado un análisis histórico, teórico, legislativo del desarrollo y evolución del control a través de la auditoría pública en Cuba. Se realiza un estudio del desarrollo que ha tenido la ordenación jurídica de esta acción de control hasta llegar a la del tipo ambiental en las formas de gestión estatal dentro del sector empresarial cubano por ser el mayoritario, la necesidad de implementarla para construir empresas amigables con el ambiente en la actualización del modelo económico, la que se efectúa por parte de la Administración Pública. A tales efectos, para desarrollar todo este análisis se utilizaron los métodos teóricos de investigación como el exegético-jurídico, el histórico-lógico, inducción-deducción y el de análisis-síntesis.
