O estudo analisa o significado do bom relacionamento professor-aluno para a construção de conhecimento, enfatizando que cabe ao docente criar condições propiciadoras para que este se concretize no cotidiano da sala de aula. Alerta sobre a problemática que a sociedade contemporânea, prenhe de incertezas e exigências em virtude da globalização bem como do acelerado avanço da ciência e da tecnologia, vem trazendo para os sujeitos e sua conseqüente influência sobre tal relação. Apresenta contribuições da teoria psicanalítica que, se forem consideradas pelo professor, poderão vir a contribuir para estabelecimento de relação construtiva com o aluno.
This study analyzes the importance of a good relationship between teacher and students while in the process of constructing knowledge. It emphasizes that it is the teacherwho must establish daily the right conditions for this relationship to develop in classroom. The study also alerts to the influence of contemporary society on people lives and on their relationships, which are affected by its uncertainties and demands, due to the globalization processas well as the accelerated progress of science and technology, . Finally, the study presents some contributions of the psycho-analitycal theory that, if considered by teachers, can help build positive relationships between them and the students.
