O texto tem por objetivo refletir sobre as modificações legislativas mais recentes no mundo do trabalho, especialmente no campo judicial, em se tratando do reflexo do comportamento da classe trabalhadora, dos tribunais e demais sujeitos do âmbito laborativo, institucional ou não, desde a reforma trabalhista de 2017, ponderando dados das entidades responsáveis por amparar e viabilizar as políticas públicas trabalhistas, vislumbradas a precarização e desigualdades agravadas pela pandemia de 2019, que podem corroborar medidas errôneas, possivelmente configurando atos que fundamentam o conceito de necropolítica.
The text aims to reflect on the most recent legislative changes in the world of work, especially in the judicial field, in terms of the reflection of the behavior of the working class, the courts and other subjects in the institutional or non-institutional labor sphere, since the 2017 labor reform, considering data from the entities responsible for supporting and enabling public labor policies, in view of the precariousness and inequalities aggravated by the 2019 pandemic, which may corroborate erroneous measures, possibly configuring acts that underpin the concept of necropolitics.
