O artigo versa sobre uma análise do fenômeno do Bullying quanto à responsabilidade civil dos pais pelos atos praticados pelos seus filhos, dos educadores por seus alunos, a responsabilização do Estado, quando tratar de escola pública, e da responsabilização de terceiros, no bojo do art. 932 do Código Civil de 2002, o dever de indenizar as vítimas, sendo o ambiente escolar o local de maior índice de Bullying. Em regra, o agressor é menor, que não é responsabilizado pelos atos que pratica o que nãosignifica que não haverá dever indenizar, vez que a Constituição Federal prevê em seu art. 5º o direito de indenizar por dano moral.

Resumo Inglês:
The article focuses on the analysis of the phenomenon of bullying and civil parental responsibility for acts committed by their children, educators of students, the state's responsibility when it comes to public schools and the accountability of other in the midst of art. Fel Ci 932 of the Code of2002, the obligation to compensate victims, and the local school environment with a higher level of bullying. In general, the abuser is less, it is not responsible for their actions does not mean that there will be no liability to pay compensation because the Constitution states in Article. 5 of the right to compensation for moral damages.
