Partindo de uma problematização geral da figura da colaboração premiada, seu enquadramento constitucional e convencional internacional e seu regime legal, instituído pela Lei 12.850/2013, procede-se a uma análise crítica do teor dos acordos de colaboração premiada que estiveram na génese da Operação Lava Jato.
Starting from a general problematization of the fi gure of the rewarded collaboration, its constitutional and conventional international framework and its legal regime instituted by Law 12.850/2013, a critical analysis is made of the content of the fi rst rewarded agreements settled in the Lava Jato Operation.
