O artigo tem como objetivo apresentar uma revisão sistemática acerca do uso de recursos digitais no processo de comunicação e interação entre os atores do processo educativo. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa e bibliográfica. Nos resultados, foi possível identificar que a utilização dos recursos digitais no processo de comunicação e interação entre professor e aluno contribuem para o desenvolvimento de competências condizentes a realidade atual, tanto para alunos do Ensino Médio, como Fundamental e Superior. Entre as principais características, destacam-se a comunicação, a interatividade, o compartilhamento de informações, a facilidade no processo de ensino e aprendizagem, a aproximação de pessoas, a acessibilidade e a colaboração. Também se verificaram as dificuldades vividas no processo de aproximação da escola com a comunicação digital, mas elas podem ser consideradas desafios oportunos para estabelecer novas formas de comunicação entre professor aluno e entre alunos, especialmente em situações que extrapolam o espaço da sala de aula.
The paper aims at presenting a systematic review of digital resources usage in the process of communication and interaction between actors in educational process. This is a qualitative and bibliographical research. In the results, it was possible identifying that digital resources usage in the process of communication and interaction between teacher and student contributes for development of skills consistent with the currentreality, even for high school, elementary, and higher education students. Among the main characteristics, communication, interactivity, information sharing, ease in the teaching and learning process, bringing people together, accessibility and collaboration stand out. There were also difficulties experienced in the process of bringing the school closer to digital communication, but they may be considered timely challenges to establish new forms of communication between teacher and student and among students, especially in situations that go beyond the classroom space.
