Este artigo versa sobre as questões éticas imbricadas na utilização de testes psicológicos, quando da consecução de avaliações psicológicas. Os profissionais da psicologia procuram em meio a novas construções de identidade, refletir sobre a sua atuação segundo parâmetros éticos, quer estes sejam dados pela teoria a qual sua prática coaduna ou por princípios pessoais do profissional que a executa. Como a profissão do psicólogo relaciona-se imprescindivelmente a aplicação de testes psicológicos aja vista que é função exclusiva deste profissional, repensar a sua identidade e prática implica na reflexão de sua conduta quando os utiliza, ou, ainda que não os use diretamente em seu trabalho, como se posiciona frente a essa temática, sobretudo neste momento em o uso dos testes tem enfatizado mais uma avaliação dirigida aos contextos habituais de desempenho e tem grangeado uma melhor reputação no seio da investigação e da prática psicológica, nomeadamente por parte dos profissionais que lidam com recursos humanos em geral, requerendo, portanto contribuições sobre o assunto.

This article turns on the existent ethical subjects in the use of psychological tests, when of the attainment of psychological evaluations. The professionals of the psychology seek amid new identity constructions, to contemplate about his/ her performance according to ethical parameters, he/she wants these are given by the theory which his/her practice combines or for the professional’s personal beginnings that it executes her. As the psychologist’s profession links the application of psychological tests unavoidably acts view that is this professional’s exclusive function, to rethink his/her identity and practice implicates in the reflection of his/her conduct when it uses them, or, although it doesn’t use them directly in his/her work, as front the that theme is positioned, above all at this time in the use of the tests it has been emphasizing one more evaluation driven to the habitual contexts of acting and he/she has been obtaining a better reputation in the breast of the investigation and of the psychological practice, namely on the part of the professionals that work with human resources in general, requesting therefore contributions on the subject.
