Este relato de experiência, fundamentado na Pedagogia Social e na abordagem retórico-filosófica do discurso, objetiva analisar as contribuições dos participantes da I Jornada de Educação Não- Escolar e Pedagogia Social (I JENEPS), desenvolvida pelo projeto de extensão Fora da Sala de Aula, da Faculdade de Formação de Professores da Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ/FFP), acerca da temática da Educação Social. Nesse bojo, a pesquisa evidenciou a presença do senso comum sobre a referida questão e o alinhamento com o campo da assistência social.
This report of experience, based on social pedagogy and the rhetorical-philosophical approach to discourse, aims to analyze the contributions of the participants of the First Conference on Non-School Education and Social Pedagogy (I JENEPS), developed by the project Out of Classroom, from the Faculty of Teacher Training of the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ/FFP) on the theme of social education. In this context, the research evidenced the presence of common sense about this issue and the alignment with the field of social assistance.
