Resumo Português:

O presente trabalho de pesquisa de campo traz uma reflexão acerca das relações de
gênero e o futebol nas aulas de Educação Física em Catalão-GO, levantamos como
problemática: como se configuram as relações de gênero entre meninos e meninas,
nas aulas de Educação Física do 6º e 7º ano, ao tratar o conteúdo do futebol/futsal, em
Escolas Públicas Estaduais de Catalão. Percebemos que as relações que se configuram
nas aulas de Educação Física entre meninos e meninas em Catalão-GO, contribuem
para perpetuar as relações separatistas entre homens e mulheres, estabelecidas e
cultuadas pela sociedade como valores absolutos priorizando o masculino em
detrimento do feminino.

Resumo Inglês:

This work as a field research presents a reflection about the gender relations and
football in Physical Education classes in Catalão-GO, we raised an issue: how to
shape the gender relations between boys and girls in Physical Education classes in the
6th and 7th degrees levels of secondary school when treating the content of football /
futsal in Public Schools which are maintained by the State of Goiás in Catalão. We
realized that the constituted gender relations inside the physical education classes
between boys and girls in Catalão-GO, help to perpetuate the separatists relations
between men and women which are established and adored by society and absolute
cultural values prioritizing the men in detriment to women.
