DIGNIDADE DA PESSOA HUMANA: UMA CONSTRUÇÃO ÉTICA E MORAL

O presente trabalho analisará os valores da ética e da moral frente a Kant e o debate do construtivismo moral, debate este que é feito em Hans Joas, na obra A Sacralidade da Pessoa, e em Ronald Dworkin, na obra Justiça para Ouriços. Para tanto, analisarse-á os valores éticos, desde os estudos da filosofia da natureza, e os questionamentos quanto aos mitos religiosos; a busca pelas virtudes dos filósofos gregos; a valoração do sagrado da ética cristã; a ética utilitarista e a busca de maximizar o prazer e minimizar a dor; a ética antropocêntrica moderna e a valoração do homem; a ética do dever e os imperativos categóricos da ética contemporânea e a crise dos valores tradicionais. Todas as concepções de ética serviram para a valoração da sociedade atual. Os valores da moral, provenientes das concepções históricas da genealogia da moral, com o construtivismo, e a análise da natureza e das conquistas de uma vida em sociedade resultaram na valoração não apenas com a causa e efeito dos procedimentos, mas também com os valores éticos e a sua prática na sociedade atual e futuras gerações. Na elaboração do presente estudo, foi adotado o método hipotético-dedutivo, pautado em pesquisa bibliográfica em livros e artigos científicos, os quais foram acessados em diversos portais na internet de revistas científicas e de bibliotecas.

This article will analyze the values of ethics and moral vis-à-vis Kant and the debate on moral constructivism, a debate that was done in Hans Joas’ The Sacredness of the Person and in Ronald Dworkin’s Justice for Hedgehogs. To this end, the ethi- cal values will be analyzed, from the studies of the philosophy of nature, and questions about religious myths; the search for the virtues of Greek philosophers; the valuation of the sacred in Christian ethics; utilitarian ethics and the search for maximizing pleasure and minimizing pain; modern anthropocentric ethics and the valuation of man. The ethics of duty and the categorical imperatives of contemporary ethics and the crisis of traditional values. All conceptions of ethics served to value today’s society. Moral values, derived from the historical conceptions of the genealogy of morals, with constructivism, the analysis of nature and the achievements of a life in society resulted in the valuation not only with the cause and effect of the procedures, but also with the ethical values and its practice in today’s society and future generations. In the preparation of this study, the hypothetical-deductive method was adopted, based on bibliographic research in books and scientific articles, which were accessed on various portals on the internet of scientific journals and libraries.
