A proposta deste artigo é identificar e sistematizar, em uma análise transversal, os principais dados, entre os anos de 2014 e 2018, da produção das agências que compõem o Sistema de Justiça Criminal do Distrito Federal (Polícia Militar, Polícia Civil, Ministério Público e Justiça Criminal de 1ª Instância). A partir desses dados, discutimos a organização do fluxo, dinâmicas e interações entre os atores que compõem esse sistema e questionamos também o caráter de ordem ou organização e o nível de articulação entre as agências desse mesmo sistema.
The purpose of this article is to identify and systematize, in a cross-sectional analysis, the main data, between 2014 and 2018, concerning the production of Federal District Criminal Justice System Agencies (Military Police, Civil Police, Public Prosecutor’s Office and Criminal 1st level Criminal Judges). From these data, we discuss the flow organization, its dynamics and the interactions between the relevant agencies that compose this system. We also discuss the order, organization and articulation degrees between the agencies of this system.
