O objetivo do presente trabalho é verificar como os avanços tecnológicos promovem o direito fundamental de acesso à justiça. Esse tema se justifica, pois, atualmente, com as mudanças implementadas pela globalização, entende-se que, caso o Poder Judiciário seja modernizado, é possível que mais cidadãos obtenham acesso ao mesmo e que se obtenha de forma mais célere e efetiva o devido provimento jurisdicional. Para explorar esse tema, utilizou-se do método hipotético-dedutivo, a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental e dados oficiais, apreciados de forma qualitativa sobre a informatização no Judiciário. Conclui-se que os meios tecnológicos de fato franquearam o maior acesso à justiça a população, além de acelerar consideravelmente o término das lides, em especial considerando o juízo 100% digital e outras resoluções do Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ).

The objective of the present work is to verify how technological advances promote the fundamental right of access to justice. This theme is justified because, currently, with the changes implemented by globalization, it is understood that, if the Judiciary is modernized, it is possible for more citizens to obtain access to it and to obtain the due provision more quickly and effectively. jurisdictional. To explore this theme, we used the hypothetical-deductive method, bibliographic and documentary research and official data, qualitatively appreciated on computerization in the Judiciary. It is concluded that technological means have in fact given the population greater access to justice, in addition to considerably accelerating the termination of disputes, especially considering the 100% digital judgment and other resolutions of the National Council of Justice (CNJ).
