Em comemoração à edição de número 1.000 da Revista dos Tribunais, o artigo comporá a Seção destinada à retrospectiva dos principais acontecimentos que influenciaram a formação do Direito e da sociedade desde 1910. Coube, aqui, o relato sobre a atribulada década de 1960, sem ter a pretensão de ser historiográfico. Parte-se da premissa de que o pós-guerra e o advento da Guerra Fria foram os grandes responsáveis pela polarização política e ideológica que assentou nos anos sessenta. O recorte espacial se deu pela análise do cenário brasileiro que findou na ditadura militar, como foco na análise do texto constitucional e dos atos institucionais.
In honor of the commemorative edition of the Revista dos Tribunais, this papper will compose a retrospective of the main events that influenced the formation of law and society since 1910. Here is the report about the 60s, without pretension of to be historiographical. Part of the premise of the post-war and the advent of the Cold War were the great responsible for the political and ideological polarization that settled in the sixties. The spatial framework is given by the analysis of the Brazilian scenario found in the military dictatorship, as a focus on the analysis of the constitutional text and institutional acts.
