O presente estudo se debruça sobre as proposições legislativas de autoria de deputadas federais nos ano de 2018 e 2019, a fim de identificar que temas predominam em tais propostas, atentando-se para a eventual relação entre o assunto tratado e a condição de mulher. O trabalho consiste, portanto, em pesquisa de cunho qualitativo, tendo como método, a análise documental aplicada nas proposições selecionadas no recorte temporal informado. A matéria recorrente nas proposições das parlamentares é saúde e, as demandas diretamente relacionadas a mulheres, embora sejam frequentes, não predominam. Tal resultado decorre do fato de que as mulheres não constituem um grupo unido em função de uma ideologia, então sua presença no espaço político ocorre de maneira transversal. Esse aspecto foi considerado positivo, no sentido de demonstrar que a atuação de parlamentares não está restrita a assuntos relativos ao grupo que representam. Por fim, avalia-se que a baixa representatividade política possa ser revertida se for possível ressignificar o papel da mulher, sugerindo que seja um objetivo a ser alcançado por meio da educação, dada sua importância na constituição do indivíduo. Depreende-se que os efeitos seriam positivos para todos, pois a proporcionalidade entre a população representada e o poder decisório é salutar – senão inerente – às democracias representativas.

The present study focuses on the legislative proposals authored by federal deputies in 2018 and 2019, in order to identify which themes predominate in such proposals, paying attention to the possible relationship between the subject treated and the condition of women . The work, therefore, consists of qualitative research, using as a method, the document analysis applied to the selected proposals in the informed time frame. The recurring subject in the parliamentarians’ proposals is health and, the demands directly related to women, although frequent, do not predominate. This result stems from the fact that women are not a united group due to an ideology, so their presence in the political space occurs in a transversal way. This aspect was considered positive, in the sense of showing that the performance of parliamentarians is not restricted to matters related to the group they represent. Finally, it is estimated that the low political representativeness can be reversed if it is possible to reframe the role of women, suggesting that it is an objective to be achieved through education, given its importance in the constitution of the individual. It appears that the effects would be positive for all, since the proportionality between the represented population and the decision-making power is salutary - if not inherent - to representative democracies.
