GESTÃO DEMOCRÁTICA: NEXOS NO CONTEXTO DA ESCOLA PÚBLICA BRASILEIRA

Resumo Português:

Este artigo objetiva a discussão da gestão da escola sob a perspectiva democrática
considerando a escola como lócus no qual se dá também a formação do cidadão. O corpo
docente, pessoal técnico-administrativo, a coordenação pedagógica e os representantes da
comunidade intra-escolar e extra-escolar têm papel fundamental nesse processo e, portanto,
têm o direito de voz, voto e vez nas decisões a que vierem a ser tomada em benefício de
todos. Assim, a participação coletiva numa gestão democrática implicará a formação de um
cidadão mais atuante na sociedade em que está inserido, coerente e autônomo em suas
decisões para o exercício da cidadania. Por meio de uma reflexão mediada pela literatura
especializada, constatamos que a gestão democrática é uma construção, nada fácil, mas
responsabilidade de todos e de cada um.

Resumo Inglês:

This article aims at the discussion of the administration of the school under the
democratic perspective considering the school as locus in which also feels the citizen's
formation. The faculty, personal technician-administrative, the pedagogic coordination and
the intra-school and extra-school community's representatives have fundamental paper in that
process and, therefore, they have a the voice right, vote and chance in the decisions the one
that they come to be taken in benefit of all. Like this, the collective participation in a
democratic administration will implicate a citizen's more participant formation in the society
in that it is inserted, coherent and autonomous in your decisions for the exercise of the
citizenship. Through a reflection mediated by the specialized literature, we verified that the
democratic administration is a construction, easy, but responsibility of all and of each one.
