Este artigo toma como referência a pesquisa realizada com a finalidade de analisar as possibilidades de constituição de um grupo de trabalho do tipo colaborativo, reunindo formadores de professores, responsáveis pela disciplina de Cálculo Diferencial e Integral, num Curso de Licenciatura em Matemática. As questões diretrizes da investigação foram: quais as possibilidades e as dificuldades para que um grupo de trabalho coletivo, constituído por formadores de professores passe a trabalhar de forma colaborativa? De que modo experiências como essa podem melhorar a ação docente nos cursos de graduação, em particular, nos cursos de Licenciatura em Matemática? Neste artigo, apresentamos fundamentos teóricos da pesquisa e a análise de dados, destacando: relação pessoal entre integrantes do grupo, índice de participação, aspectos referentes à liderança e formas de relacionamento, problemas enfrentados pelo grupo pela falta de conhecimento sobre um determinado assunto, as atitudes conjuntas tomadas pelo grupo e, finalmente, a avaliação dos participantes.
This article takes as a reference the research conducted with the goal of analyzing the possibilities of forming a collaborative type of work group of instructors of teachers, responsible for the discipline of Differential and Integral Calculus, in a Teaching Credentials Course in Mathematics. The guiding questions of the investigation were: what are the possibilities and difficulties so that a collective work group, consisting of instructors of teachers, can begin to work in a collaborative way? In what way can experiences such as this one improve the teaching activities in undergraduate courses, and in particular, in Mathematics Teacher’s Credentials courses? In this article, we present theoretical foundations of the research and data analysis, highlighting: personal relationships between group members, participation rate, aspects related to leadership and forms of relationship, problems faced by the group for lack of knowledge about a certain subject and the attitudes taken together by the group, and, finally, the evaluation of the participants.
