O artigo apresenta algumas reflexões acerca da relação estabelecida entre História e Direito desde a perspectiva de uma educação antirracista. Primeiramente, discute a importância da História do Direito nos currículos dos cursos de graduação desde o ano de 2004. Em seguida, discute a relação existente entre História e Direito por meio da noção de acontecimento desde a perspectiva proposta por Michel Foucault. Neste sentido, o artigo apresenta algumas considerações sobre o processo de elaboração da Lei n°. 10.639/2003, que altera a Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional (Lei n°. 9394/1996), acrescentando em seu texto os artigos 26-A e 79-B. O objetivo é a proposta de uma educação antirracista no processo de formação de profissionais da área jurídica, com base nas Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais dos cursos de bacharelado em Direito.

The article presents some reflections about the established relationship between History and Law from the perspective of an antiracist education. Firstly, he discusses the importance of the History of Law in the curricula of undergraduate courses since 2004. He then discusses the relationship between History and Law through the notion of an event from the perspective proposed by Michel Foucault. In this sense, the article presents some considerations about the process of elaboration of Law no. 10.639 / 2003, which amends the Law on Guidelines and Bases of National Education (Law No. 9394/1996), adding in its text articles 26-A and 79-B. The objective is the proposal of an antiracist education in the process of training professionals in the legal area, based on the National Curricular Guidelines of the baccalaureate courses in Law.
