As situações vivenciadas pelos licenciandos podem se constituir como aprendizagens para a docência. Há situações em que é preciso exercitar a criatividade para superar os conflitos que interferem no ensino e aprendizagem. Diante de problemas como infraestrutura inadequada, indisciplina e baixo desempenho nas avaliações, uma bolsista do Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência elaborou um jogo que auxiliou na compreensão dos conteúdos, na aproximação com os discentes e na cooperação entre os alunos. Mas é preciso haver planejamento, pois ele direcionará a forma como o jogo será aplicado, a fim de alcançar resultados mais satisfatórios.

There are situations where creativity must be exercised to overcome conflicts that interfere with teaching and learning. In the face of problems such as inadequate infrastructure, indiscipline and poor performance in assessments, a fellow student developed a game that helped in understanding the contents, approaching students and cooperation among students. But the teacher needs to be planning because the plan will guide how the game will be applied in order to achieve more satisfying results.
