Intimismo: de que forma personagens literários podem contribuir para promover o autoconhecimento?

Entende-se como Intimismo a modalidade literária que explora os sentimentos mais profundos de um indivíduo. A exposição de emoções visa a envolver todos aqueles que a apreciam, provocando infinitas sensações (desde angústia, até paz e felicidade) ao público-alvo. Dessarte, aos estudantes de Letras do Instituto Ivoti, Rio Grande do Sul, foram destinadas inúmeras leituras, principalmente da literatura sul rio-grandense. Refletimos dessa forma sobre o Intimismo presente nas obras e a maneira que ela influencia não so-mente na vida dos personagens, como também na dos leitores. Portanto, os títulos citados no presente artigo instigaram análises acerca do íntimo de cada personagem, espelhando-se, também, nas vivências do leitor. Não obstante, embora a literatura seja a base primordial da pesquisa, é imprescindível citar análises, desde as de Artiéres sobre a importância do registro da vida, até as de Frankl na busca de sentidos, que auxiliaram no desenvolvimento do presente artigo. Dessa maneira, considerando a sensibilidade que cada ser humano carrega e não obstante a busca pelo bem-estar interior, surgiu a pergunta: de que forma o intimismo na literatura, mais especificamente nos personagens, contribui para o autoconhe-cimento do leitor? Entre leituras, análises e possibilidades de identificação, provocações serão lançadas, levando o leitor à contemplação do seu eu e a relação com o mundo literá-rio.

Intimism is understood as the literary modality that explores the deepest feelings of an individual. The exhibition of emotions aims to involve all those who appreciate it, causing infinite sensations (from anguish to peace and happiness) to the target audience. In this way, students of Literature at the Ivoti Institute, Rio Grande do Sul, were given numerous readings, mainly from the southern state literature. In this way, we reflected on the Intimism present in the works and the way it influences not only the lives of the characters, but also of the readers. Therefore, the titles cited in this article instigated analyses about the intimacy of each character, also mirroring the reader's experiences. Nevertheless, although literature is the primary basis of the research, it is essential to cite analyses, from those of Artiéres on the importance of recording life, to those of Frankl in the search for meanings, which helped in the development of this article. Thus, considering the sensitivity that each human being carries and, despite the search for inner well-being, the question arose: how does intimacy in literature, more specifically in the characters, contribute to the reader's self-knowledge? Among readings, analyses and possibilities of identification, provocations will be launched, leading the reader to contemplate their self and the relationship with the literary world.
