O processo de transformação digital do Poder Judiciário remete à superação do referencial de justiça prestada em um lugar físico para o paradigma de justiça como um serviço, ofertado por meio de plataformas digitais, com o uso de novas tecnologias. A pesquisa realizada buscou investigar quais são as percepções de juízes e advogados sobre o Juízo 100% Digital instituído pelo Conselho Nacional de Justiça - CNJ, notadamente quanto ao uso dos canais remotos de atendimento, tendo em vista o impacto profundo que isso causou no funcionamento do Poder Judiciário. Foi realizada uma pesquisa empírica quantitativa e qualitativa com juízes do Tribunal de Justiça do Distrito Federal e dos Territórios - TJDFT e advogados que atuam perante o mesmo tribunal. Os resultados revelaram que tanto juízes como advogados são favoráveis à manutenção e prevalência dos canais remotos de atendimento, mesmo após o fim das restrições decorrentes da pandemia de Covid-19. O Balcão Virtual foi muito bem avaliado pelos advogados.
The process of digital transformation of the Judiciary refers to overcoming the benchmark of justice provided in a physical place to the paradigm of justice as a service, offered through digital platforms, with the use of new technologies. The research carried out sought to investigate what are the perceptions of judges and lawyers about the 100% Digital Judgment instituted by the National Council of Justice - CNJ, notably regarding the use of remote service channels, in view of the profound impact that this has had on the functioning of the Judiciary Branch. A quantitative and qualitative empirical research was carried out with judges from the Court of Justice of the Federal District and Territories - TJDFT and lawyers who work before the same court. The results revealed that both judges and lawyers are in favor of the maintenance and prevalence of remote service channels, even after the end of restrictions resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic. The Virtual Desk was highly rated by lawyers. Most lawyers and judges were in favor of maintaining the scheduling system for consultations provided by judges through remote channels.
