Este ensaio traz uma síntese das noções fundamentais sobre as medidas socioeducativas e sua execução, em especial a de internação, em linguagem simples e didática, dirigida às pessoas diretamente envolvidas em sua operacionalização e aos próprios adolescentes em conflito com a lei, proporcionando-lhes condições de melhor entender o sistema estatal e de extrair dele sua máxima eficácia, com o menor custo pessoal possível.
This essay presents a synthesis of the fundamental notions about the educational correctional measures and their execution, especially that of the restriction of freedom, in simple and didactic language, directed to the people directly involved in its operationalization and the adolescents themselves in conflict with the law, giving them conditions to better understand the state system and to extract its maximum efficiency from it, with the lowest possible personal cost.
