Este artigo faz uma análise jurídica do Projeto de Lei do Senado n.º135/2018, que atribui ao Ministério Público a responsabilidade de investigar crimes atribuídos a agentes de segurança pública e confere à vítima poderes de intervenção na investigação policial.
This paper provides a legal analysis of Senate Bill No. 135/2018, which assigns to the Public Prosecutor’s Office the responsibility of in-vestigating crimes attributed to law enforcement agents and confers on the victim powers of intervention in the police investigation.
