O presente artigo aborda o tema do controle social das mulheres negras. Para isso, discutir-se-á a maneira como o controle social é tematizado pela Criminologia Crítica e pela Criminologia Feminista. Primeiramente, ressalta-se a vinculação entre controle social, poder e racismo para, posteriormente, argumentar-se que a hipótese de que controle social feminino se dá prioritariamente no âmbito privado, conforme trazido pela Criminologia Feminista é insuficiente, pois não leva em consideração categorias importantes como o controle penal subterrâneo e o poder de vigilância. Como âncora desta hipótese, utiliza-se das problematizações trazidas no âmbito do feminismo negro e do feminismo decolonial a fim de compreender quais argumentos trazidos por essas teorias poderiam ser utilizados no âmbito criminológico para que se possa compreender os aspectos que envolvem o controle social feminino a partir de uma dimensão racial.
This article addresses the theme of social control of Black women. For this reason, a discussion arises about the way in which social control is themed by Critical Criminology and Feminist Criminology. First, the link between social control, power and racism is stressed, and later on it is argued that the hypothesis of female social control is given priority in the private sphere, which in accordance with the Feminist Criminology is insufficient, since it does not take into account the phenomenon of underground criminal control, and surveillance power. As an anchor of this hypothesis, problematisations brought in the scope of Black feminism and decolonial feminism are used in order to understand which aspects of these theories could be used in the criminological scope so that the aspects that involve the feminine social control from a racial dimension can be understood.
