O presente estudo pretende abordar de modo geral o microssistema de justiça digital criado pelo Conselho Nacional de Justiça. Esta breve reflexão inicia tratando da revolução digital e seu impacto no Poder Judiciário, passando em seguida para a análise da descodificação e a introdução dos microssistemas, para abordar o poder normativo do CNJ, chegando ao objetivo principal da análise proposta: o microssistema de justiça digital introduzido pelas Resoluções CNJ n.º 335/2020, 345/2020, 354/2020, 372/2021, 385/2021 e 398/2021. O microssistema encontra seu núcleo fundamental na Plataforma Digital do Poder Judiciário Brasileiro, a norma “raiz” que consolidou as bases e as diretrizes para a transformação digital que se seguiu com as demais Resoluções. O estudo conglobado dos normativos permite concluir que estamos diante de um novo modelo de trabalho, que utiliza todo o potencial que a tecnologia pode fornecer, materializando no âmbito do Poder Judiciário a verdadeira e tão esperada transformação digital.
This study intends to approach in general the Digital Justice Microsystem created by the National Council of Justice. The brief reflection begins by dealing with the digital revolution and its impact on the judiciary, then moving on to the analysis of decoding and the introduction of Microsystems, to address the Normative Power of the CNJ, reaching the main objective of the proposed analysis, the Digital Justice Microsystem introduced by CNJ Resolutions n.'s 335/2020, 345/2020, 354/2020, 372/2021, 385/2021 and 398/2021. The microsystem finds its fundamental core in the Digital Platform of the Brazilian Judiciary, the “root” rule that consolidated the bases and guidelines for the digital transformation that followed with the other Resolutions. The combined study of regulations allows us to conclude that we are facing a new work model that uses all the potential that technology can provide, materializing within the scope of the Judiciary the true and long-awaited digital transformation.
