O presente artigo tem como escopo realizar sucinta análise acerca do princípio da afetividade no Estado Democrático de Direito, à luz que nos guia para a felicidade. Para tanto, inicialmente se enfatizará a evolução da sociedade, partindo da origem, de novos costumes, bem como de novos valores, originando tais mudanças na influência de novas interpretações e transformações jurídicas e sociais, para, em um segundo momento, explanar sobre o afeto, sentimento necessário para que o sujeito encontre sua verdadeira felicidade. Por fim, mas não com a intenção de esgotar a matéria, passar-se-á ao exame da vinculação da afetividade com o princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana, estabelecendo-se com tal instituto uma série de garantias e de direitos a todos os cidadãos, pois começou a valorizar o ser humano.
This article is scoped to perform brief analysis on the principle of affection in the Democratic State, in the light that guides us to happiness.
