O presente trabalho tem por escopo analisar a influência da pandemia da Covid-19 no trabalho infantil, em especial o doméstico, no Brasil. Em um primeiro momento, são apresentados de forma breve a proteção jurídica conferida às crianças e aos adolescentes e quais dispositivos são encarregados de tutelá-los. Ademais, busca-se observar os índices da população infanto-juvenil inserida no trabalho infantil. A partir disso, são explicitados quais os possíveis fatores relacionados ao trabalho de crianças e adolescentes e de que forma a pandemia do novo coronavírus influenciou diretamente no aumento dos casos. Por fim, são apresentadas medidas voltadas ao combate do trabalho infantil. Para tanto, utilizam-se o método hipotético-dedutivo e pesquisas jurisprudenciais e bibliográficas de natureza qualitativa e quantitativa.

This article aims to analyze the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic on child labor, especially domestic work, in Brazil. At first, it is briefly presented what are the rights and guarantees of children and teenagers and which devices are responsible for protecting them. In addition, we seek to observe the evidence of the child and youth population inserted in child labor. From this, the possible factors related to the quantity of child and youth population work and how the new coronavirus pandemic directly influenced the numbers reached are explained. Finally, measures aimed at fight child labor are presented. To this end the hypothetical-deductive method and jurisprudential and bibliographic research of a qualitative and quantitative nature are used.
