Por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica este artigo busca fomentar discussões no sentido de que não se trata de optar pela inclusão ou não da pessoa surda, em classe especial ou comum de ensino, e sim a falta de clareza em relação às especifici-dades relativas à surdez e políticas públicas para que a pedagogia inclusiva ocorra. Em que a educação deveria estar calcada em um plano que atenda de fato as diferenças no contexto brasileiro: diferenças sociais, políticas linguísticas e culturais. Todavia, a realidade reflete a inclusão de todos visando a atender interesses políticos que têm sua base na homogeneidade.
With a bibliographic revtston, this article has as a objective create discussions meaning to show that it's not a question of inclusion or exclusion, of the deaf person, in a special class or in the common teaching. lt's the absence of clarity related to the specificities relative to deafness and publish politics in order to make the inclusive pedagogy happen. Where the education should be solidified in a plan, that in fact, amwers to the diflerences in the Brazilian context: social diflerences and cultural and linguistic politics. However, the reality reflects the inclusion of everyone in order to support política/ interests that have their bases in homogeneity.
