Este trabalho analisa a política habitacional em pequenos municípios paraenses, analisando de que forma os instrumentos relativos à Política Nacional de Habitação de Interesse Social (PNHIS)se relacionam com a produção habitacional por meio do Programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida Oferta Pública de Recursos. A pesquisa realizada sob a luz do materialismo histórico e dialético teve como metodologia a pesquisabibliográfica, documentale de campo, objetivando verificar como a produção habitacional impacta a população de pequenos municípios que apresentam particularidades pouco conhecidas pelo poder público. A pesquisa documental e de campo priorizou o estudo de quatro pequenos municípios, onde se verificou um alto nível de pobreza das famílias impactadas pelo processo de financeirização da moraria sob a lógica capitalista da produção do espaço que reproduz a segregação sócio espacial e não garante o direito à moradia para a população de menor renda
This paper analyzes the housing policy in small municipalities of Pará, analyzing how the instruments related to the National Policy of Social Interest (PNHIS) relate to housing production through the My Home, My LifePublic Offering of Resources Program. The research carried out under the light of historical and dialectical materialism had as a methodology the bibliographical, documentary and field research, aiming to verify how the housing production impacts the population of small municipalities that present peculiarities little known by the public power. Documentary and field research prioritized the study of four small municipalities, where there was a high level of poverty of families impacted by the financialization of housing under the capitalist logic of space production that reproduces socio-spatial segregation and does not guarantee the right the housing for the lower income population
